# Exchange Listings and Secondary Market Information

The $GFAL utility token is currently admitted for trading on several centralized exchanges, providing liquidity and accessibility to the GFAL community.

All listings were completed before the full applicability of the MiCA Regulation (December 30, 2024) and therefore fall outside the regulatory scope of Title II concerning admission to trading.

| Exchange | Listing date                           | Delisting date   |
| -------- | -------------------------------------- | ---------------- |
| MEXC     | April 5, 2023                          | April 28th, 2026 |
| Bitget   | March 13, 2023 (Delisting in 2025 EOY) | April 28th, 2026 |
| Bitmart  | March 13, 2023                         | April 28th, 2026 |
| Bit2Me   | March 13, 2023                         | April 28th, 2026 |

All listings were conducted through standard industry agreements prior to MiCA enforcement.

GFAL did not formally request admission to trading under MiCA, as these listings occurred in advance of the Regulation’s effective date.

The market liquidity for $GFAL is currently managed by **Flowdesk**, a regulated French market-maker operating under MiFID II and registered as a Digital Asset Service Provider (PSAN) with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF). This ensures that trading activity adheres to the highest standards of transparency and regulatory compliance within the European Union.

In the spirit of transparency and consistent with Article 14 of the MiCA Regulation (honest, clear, and non-misleading communication), GFAL discloses this information for informational purposes only.

**Important note:**

As of April 28, 2026, $GFAL is no longer admitted to trading on centralized exchanges and operates exclusively through decentralized market infrastructure.

This transition reflects a strategic shift towards prioritizing on-platform utility, direct user access via the GFAL Marketplace, and a more sustainable allocation of resources in line with the project's long-term product-focused approach.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://whitepaper.gfal.com/usdgfal-utility-token/exchange-listings-and-secondary-market-information.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
