To continue developing[ its project,](/information-on-the-issuance-of-usdgfal/use-of-funds-and-issuance-costs.md) **Games for a Living** announced the issuance of Games for a Living Tokens ($GFAL) via a private offering and a pre-sale. The pre-sale will be conducted via launchpads.
## Reasons for Issuance
The $GFAL issuance has the following **goals**:
* Financing of the next stage of development of **Games for a Living**.
* Financing the agreements for services and products of the company.
* Financing of the international expansion of **Games for a Living**.
* Design and execution of an international marketing campaign.
