The Foundation will retain 15% of all supply and be used for a variety of purposes, including the development of new features and applications for the blockchain, and rewarding early adopters and developers. It can also be used to fund research and development of new blockchain technologies. These tokens will have a lock up period of 12 months and a vesting period of 48 months.
